For physical product returns, we’ll cover return shipping only if the product was defective or an error was made on our end.

Product Refunds

Donation Refunds
Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you made a contribution in error or have concerns about a recent transaction, please reach out within 7 days and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
